COVID-19 Actions

We at Ferrotherm Corporation are aware of the ongoing situation regarding COVID-19 pandemic (Coronavirus). As a company, we are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our employees, customers, and vendors while maintaining business operations. In order to ensure the health and safety of our employees, we have implemented the following policies effective immediately:

1.) We are suspending non-business-critical visits to our facility by all vendors and customers until further notice.

2.) We are establishing information email address, covid19 [at] ferrotherm.com, where questions relevant to Ferrotherm’s policies and actions regarding this situation can be sent.

3.) We are pledging to share information with all employees, customers and vendors regarding this situation as we learn it.

4.) In the unlikely event that we have an employee diagnosed with COVID-19, we will immediately send another mass email to everybody informing them of the timeframe of the diagnosis.

5.) Should a facility shutdown take place we will immediately send notice to customer and vendors that our shipping and receiving department is closed and we will not be shipping product or accepting receipt of any product until further notice. Any product that is ready or near ready for shipment would be suspended until further notice.

This is a dynamic business situation, and we are doing our best to stay ahead of it. While we do not expect to be significantly impacted at this time, if that changes, we will let you know immediately.
